Actually ganj, I liked your comment about the voice in your head that warns you.
So true that soo many people ignore the very voice that can steer them away from danger. Our internal intuition is the best meter we have to read someone,yet largely ignored and foreign.

But aside from that, what I read is that this guy had his weed pulled out of his hand and didnt just hand it over. But, I agree fully that he never should have taken it out to begin with and should have denied having any and walked away. Im sure he agrees that this would be better in the future and consider it lesson learned.

One lesson that should not go unlearned also is that his friend is a punk.
His friend flapped his gums to some stranger about his buddy holding weed and then just stood there while he got ripped off. He just stood by while his crippled pal tried to tough his way out of a no win situation. I know not everyone is a tough guy and not everyone of your friends will have your back when its needed of them. But, you have got to know who is who when youre a teenage male.
Unless you work it out with your friend, dont ever expect your back is covered when your out with him.

And, its 10 bucks of weed. Consider it lesson learned and move on. Perpetuating violence over marijuana is not the direction for reform of the marijuana laws.
