goth and punk are somewhat alike
IMO, punks pretty much dead.
bands like the casualties make shitty music, and wear mowhawks... and they expect to be called punk. It's like that scene from slc punk , where's he's talking to the girl and she says , that's not punk... that's fashion :-(

it's sad to say, but it's true

my dad hates people like this, because my dad was actually a origninal punker and played in a fairly known punk band that was on the "Punk Rock DVD" which included bands like the ramones, dead boys, and stuff :-)

yeah i like to brag, but you would too if your dad was a ex-punker in a somewhat well known band...

There are two huge goth clubs here in Atlanta, the scene is definately alive and well here.

Basically, why label yourselves? I don't give a shit whether you're a goth or whatever. What pisses me off is the people who take the piss out of people and are completely intolerant for no reason and say shit like "omg ur a goth lolz go fking kill urself hahahasxchgr4!!11oneone" like mellow mood, or people who are trying to act all misunderstood and say shit like "you just don't understand the goth culture man, blah blah blah" like Warlok. Who gives a shit how anybody dresses. It's how you act that counts.

I mean this in the nicest way possible, but why don't you all just shut the fuck up?
