Louisiana home owners are banned from owning guns.....looks like Big Brother was just looking for thr right opportunity to step all over the constitution. Once again the Govt. feels the need to protect us from ourselves i.e, forcible evactuation or N.O. Kinda feels a little like 1984 ......doesn't it?
