Exhaling trick

So, you know when you take those hard hits and you know as soon as you exhale your gonna be coughing like a bitch. Well I discovered the other night that if you exhale like this:
Blow Stop Blow Stop Blow Stop Blow

Instead of one long exhale it makes you feel better. Maybe it's just me but some of you weak lungs should try it.
