Although I lean toward what Mike Jones had to say, you need to make sure the kids get lead treatment. There are meds that can reduce the amount of lead in the blood. Since I suspect you are on public assistance, do let the Docs short change you or tell you otherwise. On the topic of public assistance if you are not getting it, apply for the sake of thr kids.

If you are renting the house, sue the landlord. If you own it, ask a lawyer about going after the home inspector if bought within the past few years.

No money coming in due to inability to work. Job is tired of waiting for me to return even though I am still injured. House I live in now is full of lead dust which is toxic.
