- lemonaid is very good for you, detoxifies the whole system and is excellent for the liver. note however, I'm speaking of lemonaid without heaps of sugar as most of it has now.

- green tea is good for digestion. both green and mint helps settle an upset stomach.

- meditation can do wonders. it's really an underrated activity, there's more to be gained from it than most people know, if only they'd give it a shot.

- yoga, tai chi, both good for the muscles, mind, and nervous system.

- vaporizing your weed is always good. otherwise, the carcinogens from smoking are contunuously pumping harmfull toxins and the such into your body.
