    WASHINGTON, Aug 20 (IPS) - Three U.S. senators have called on Defence Secretary Donald Rumsfeld to account for 8.8 billion dollars entrusted to the Coalition Provisional Authority (CPA) in Iraq earlier this year but now gone missing.

    If I was to give 8.8 billion dollars to the Iraqi ministries, I would want at least a billion for myself. Of course, I would want it deposited in a numbered account in the Caymons. Give these guys credit, they're professionals, they take bribes for a living, they know how to work it and not get caught
