the bad part is cherylsyv, that a single male plant can release enough pollen to to get to a whole grow's worth of females. In turn, the pollen makes the females produce seeds in the calyx, so you will end up with seedy buds, the reason people get rid of males is so there harvest can be sensimillia ( latin for 'without seeds)

    MALES!!! NO

How about this for a first time grower...
Started with 10 "feminized" seeds. Only 3 even germinated. Of those 3, two went into vegetation, the other died. Only one of the two thrived in vegetation, the other died due to overwatering. The last one living is doing great, but it is male. DUH, did I mention, I am a first time grower? Jeeze. I have learned a lot though and the main lesson I learned is not to spend a shit load of money on "high quality feminized" seeds if you don't know what the fuck you are doing. I should have just started with crap seeds from what I smoke now.... Live and learn.

Yeah all my plants were super healthy, but I had to start killing them. The female that is left is doing great and she is loving sll the light.
