I'm sorry, but maybe a lot of threads will be easier to read...
If Cannibus.com had an automatic grammar and spelling correcter. To tell you the truth, I've never used that word, correcter, before.
But, a lot of stuff is poignant after seeing how people spell and use their capitalization, not to mention the absence of punctuation and, did I mention grammar and spelling?

They had this at another site I used to post at. It was all messed up you would be like 'the movie was rated R' and then it would change it to say 'the movie was rated are' or 'I live in USA' to 'I live in YouSA'

LOL, that seems logical.
I don't know how they ever got that idea. I thought I was the first one to come up with such a thing!
Honestly, though, your examples, from that site, are hilarious but I guess we have computer programs posting on these message boards because I see the same kind of mistakes.

we have spell check at the marihemp site but apparently this message board program doesn't offer that feature...or at least i haven't seen it on the tool bars. it's not all that great anyway as all it does it highlight possible misspelled words w/o giving correct alternates the way ms word does. for more important posts where i want to appear eduacted i type out the message then copy and paste it onto either ms word or use the email spell check before entering it onto the message board. beyond that, it doesn't matter much to most of us. and cann com doesn't take points away for bad spelling...

It's not the spelling, it's the moronic grammar.

I debated on it. Corrector sounds like a dinosaur. Correcter sounds like a body part. So, I threw up the second one.

Automatic spell correction/suggestions like in Word would be helpful, but it's not a standard component of the VBulletin software at this time - someday it likely will be.
