No, the "cheapest" way would be to swim....but I doubt you'd make it ;-). Just go for the budget package, and plan on living with 2 other people you don't know. I've been planning on attending too, and was gonna bring ~1k extra to fund smoke and touristy shit. Better to bring too much than too little IMO.
