Why are most people so negative about pot?

People are inherently followers. Most people today are so stupid that they can't make their own decisions, so they need someone to make decisions for them.

I mean c'mon!!! why are most people act so badly againts weed anyways...pot does have its obvious medical side to it but why do people hate it...could it be just they way how they were brought up...how the goverment brained wahsed them saying as soon as you touch pot you become somthing like a cuban druglord?! or could it simply their bad experiences with pot so they force their kids to like...never touch drugs...or you'll DIE!!! anyone got any views on this?
