not for a 20watt bulb you wont raise any suspicion, it uses less power than a regular bulb, how could it raise any alarms?

When i went to buy a vacation timer for my hydroponic light. this guy told me to watch the daily wattage because it could bring up suspicion from the power company and to investigate my house Maybe?
