Fucking got a virus, deleting my photoshop, 13 gigs of awesome music, a shitload of games and saves.

I just did that recently... My computer started acting like a bitch and it turned out it had a virus, so I formatted BOTH FUCKING HARDDRIVES (!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!), reinstalled Windows, and the virus was still there!!!!! ARGH! I lost like 6gigs of music and shit loads of videos and important stuff...

Oh and the avatars are bigger than everyone elses... Cafe Members can have avatars up to 150x150 pixels (instead of the usual 100x100) and up to 64kb instead of the usual 24kb.

sounds like you have a bootsector virus there, everything on a drive should get wiped with a format, i had something similar a while back .. try reading through this link it should help
