you have to reach a certain internal tempature for a certain ammount of tiem to release the thc, that's why it's smoked/vaproized.....not for the smoke but for the thc to turn into a vapor so that it's contractable by the body....... not sure of what temparture or how long (but based on my high knowledge of cooking) the high the tempature the shorter time, on the other side tho, the longer you heat it after the thc has been fully vaporized (accumulated the right tempature/time) the thc will waste away.........best bet is to use already known working recipies.....and these days there are several for oven, stove top and microwave......just find one that seems to be pretty much consitent wtih all other reviews and use that one.... most likely it is right.
