Well the Mexicans probably did help out but if the Mexicans can send a bunch of soldiers with supplies why the fuck couldn't we do it ourselves. Also the goverment new the levees were going to break but did nothing about it. This little Mexican gambit was unnecessary so that leads me to beleave it was of dishonorable intentions
