yeah, all they did was cut communication lines and turn back trucks full of water...in different regions of affected areas. we should thank them for doing this...maybe it was just an accident. it's easier just to pretend it didn't happen at all though, isn't it.

maybe i'd like fema more if they didn't go around doing this, deliberately sabotaging rescue efforts, and had a primary role of humanitarian efforts, which currently is a small percentage of their budget...but then again, you don't know even know what fema controls...because ignorance is strength.
