splash water on my face/brush teeth
throw on shorts and trainers,
call the dogs,
go running,
back â?? turn on computer/music
make coffee
chill for a bit
chat online
wake kids and get them out to schoolâ?¦.
When they gone I shower and dress - Wah La > my morning
