my day starts anytime i wake up be it midnite,or noon
i have a pepsi while rolling a jiont and smoking a cig
then i start my day off and eat a meal if i can.
if no weed,its a pepsi ,a cig ,and a pian killer.

throw on shorts and trainers,
call the dogs,
go running,
back â?? turn on computer/music
make coffee
chill for a bit
chat online
wake kids and get them out to schoolâ?¦.
When they gone I shower and dress - Wah La > my morning

A pie filled with macaroni, but never a big pie always a hand sized pie. It's a scotish thing, they chuck everything in a pie mash potatoe, lasagne, curry etc.

Wake up,toilet bizness,joint,fruit smoothie(hooked on these @ the mo),work out if im not 2 buzzed,put tunes on while in shower,brush teeth,roll joint smoke outside in bath towel....get changed.
