He is an elected official and an employee of the citizens of America. theres a whole pile of 3rd parties to choose from... libertarians, greens, marijuana party, communists :P... any one of them will get matching federal funds / equal access to debates , etc once they recieve a small percentage of the vote... its either 3 or 5 i forget
