Alot of times the "unfriendlies" presents more of a challenge for me, however, which I cannot pass up. Its such a rush making grumps crack. Cuz most people want to be liked, even the biggest grump, some people just require a little more finesse than others, lol.
So, its not often I show friendliness and smile that the gesture is not returned. Who wouldn't want someone to smile at them or make a friendly comment? Even if you're a complete social retard, wouldn't you rather be acknowledged than ignored?

Great thread, btw.
kinda like the 'i dare ya to smile at me look'
i know that look well,i smile everytime and usaully say "hi" just to see if they will, but never thought of it as a true challenge, yet it is,your quiet right about it would be "game" to see what stone cold face your smile can make crack open .smile grin or curse ya.
and would acomplish something(not sure what)
peace
