The hurricane hit, like, two days before the whole place was about to be paid by their jobs, social security, welfare (which half of you, probably, qualify for), pensions, whatever. They were broke as are many Americans are at the end of the pay cycle. It's fucken expensive here and fucken a shithole in 90% of the places in the world.
