I think the sex is deteremined in the RNA of the plants.

Outside stresses can induce the male charateristics and change the sex.

I also think feminized seeds thru selective breeding is the only real way to alter genetics.

I do not doubt there are products that tout themselves as being capable of altering RNA, but I wouldnt spend a penny on them.

If you want to know the sex of a plant prior to flowering without it going hermie on you, the ONLY sure way is to take a clone and flower it.

Give me some shit that will allow me to take a healthy veggin plant, flower if for sex, then place it back into reveg stage without it going hermie...everytime....I'll send you and ounce of some fine CUNT
