750 milligrams of hydrocodone would kill you very quickly, and 75 milligrams would probably do a pretty decent amount of damage to you too. The pills you are probably talking about are the 7.5/750 milligram pills which contain 7.5 milligrams of hydrocodone and 750 milligrams of acetominophen. The strongest hydrocodone pill I know off is 10 milligrams in one pills, and I have the Geriatric Drug Information Handbook infront of me right now, which pretty much lists everything. So you probably just took 7.5 milligrams of hydrocodone, not 75. I suggest taking about three (22.5mg) if you haven't done it before for a good buzz. But if you smoke a bowl or two with it, you can even get pretty good effects off of one.

My good friend got some Hydrocodone prescribed to him for his pain condition. For those of you who don't know what Hydrocodone is, it's a prescription pill most commonly referenced with Vicodin. My friend gave me one of his pills (they're 75 mg, which is the maximum dosage) and i just took it thirty seconds ago.
