Well, there aren't too many people who know they have only 6 months left to live, so I wouldn't worry about that particular scenario becoming widespread. And if they were really devoted to committing this fraud under the current rules, I'm sure they could easily arrange a cheap sham wedding. And besides, the only reason people need special "health care benefits" is because capitalism only provides medical service to those who can afford it, which is truly a shame. We have the physical ability to treat everybody's medical conditions the same no matter what class they're in, but poor people die all the time because they were born into poverty and the capitalists in charge think it's okay to deny them medical service because of that.
I work in a hospital, don't even try to tell me that very few know how long they have left. I just buried a good friend two weeks back that was informed just that back in October of last year. R.I.P. Cherokee!!!He was a hell of a good man!!!
