Sure psycho, Bush didn't create the hurricane. But he knew it was coming for days in advance, as we all did. Why did he wait until DAYS had passed before beginning the evacuation?

I think race is not the primary issue. The most important thing here is poverty. Who cares about people who don't pay a lot of taxes, who make cities look 'ugly'? Not Bush... The big misfortune is that a vast majority of poor people are also black, which makes it easy to say that Bush doen't like black people. The reality is, and has always been, the powerful don't like the poor and the weak, unless they're looking to recruit some soldiers....

Bush asked the governor to evacuate two days in advance. She didn't give the order. The Mayor and transportation director was in charge of the huricaine evacuation plan. They delayed action. Look at all the pretty buses under water...should give ya a clue!!!
