Hearing colors

There's a theory that music geniuses throughout history have had some sort of ability to perceive music as color. Take for example, Rhapsody in Blue: to the composer, it actually evoked a sense of the color blue.

yes maybe, but to me, that is just relating the music to the colors, absed on the kinds of feelings each gives you. In this case, your senses are actually mixed up. For example, someone who suffers from this symptom all the time might describe a hamburger they ate as pointy, instead of flavory or tasty. Its a jumbling of the senses.

Hearing colors I was reading some info on LSD, and they said sometimes a condition sets in where the user thinks they "hear colors" or "see sounds" when using the drug. The condition has an actual name too and i think it affects some people who do not use rugs. So I'm wondering, ahs this happened to anyone? What is it like? Rating: 5
