Note how it says they will launch nuclear weapons at "the invading nation's major cities". If this was to happen then yes, you (since you seem to be referring to yourself and Israel as one and the same) would be intentionally targetting millions of innocent civilians.

Okay..I see where yer coming from..well..in Israel's case..the civilians ain't so innocent,as most are taught from birth,and still are ,to hate Israel and all Jews and infidels and individual rights..as is being done in every arab country. There are many Iranians who want democracy,but the control over them is so brutal and complete,that they cannot overcome it,such was the case in Iraq.
