400mg is pretty light it shouldent have much of an effect besides the light stuff anyways ...ive never been able to trip off of that much and im 5"6 and weigh 130. and yes it shouldent take more than 2 hours for its full effect to kick in. id say do 700 mg each tho thats a good time
