no i live in england.......my cost to get there woz only £50/$85...........and that woz included to go on the trains ALL OVER holland not just Amsterdam........we went to rotterdam and also den haag..........so that woz very cheap........but i perfer to go by ferry bcoz there is LOTS more 2 do then by plane.......plane may b quicker but you can't gamble, get lots of varieties of food........4 cinemas........4 restraunts........rouette wheel and 21 card games.......duty free xtremely cheap (200 lambert and butler £20 and 50g pouch of GV only £5 lol)

if u were to go from america.......i got a cheap flight from england to colorado for something like $500-$700 and then if i was to recommend a hotel my friend, literally as soon as you come out the centraal station you can c wot looks like the worlds largest hotel (which it isnt) its called victoria hotel......if you book online you can save urself a load of money, so you can get a week in like a 5* star bedroom for about $200.

Back From Amsterdam Well wot can i say about this.........except it woz reli a amazing experience.....we left the train station at 4:35pm and arrived through rotterdam and then to amsterdam at........4:30am lol......12 hours l8a o well it woznt 2 bad. we got on the ferry at harwich, me and my bro drank about 10 pints between us (this is holland so its like 6% Alc) so we got completely wrecked, got to amsterdam and walked across the tram lines, and looked ahead and there woz the huge victoria hotel but it woz Rating: 5
