President George Bush gave a speech to international press today, outlining his plans for the future regarding the devistation caused by Hurricane Katrina in the Gulf Coast. He said;

"I really think, and I think you'll like this.. I really think this old Texan saying fits what's happening down in New Orlando right now... that not only did it misunderestimate the United States, but Mother Nature misunderestimated the whole of the United States, which is what i'm saying to you. And that's the message that I want to send to Mother Nature today - that we, the United States of... uhhh, the United States are handing Mother Nature an unda.... ulpa....ultimatum . That she has until 12 noon on Sunday to uhhh.. to... to hand over any weapons of mass deception that she might have. That's what i'm trying to say to you. Thank you and goodnight."
