its a great theory but thats all it is....simply put the areas that sustained less damage were on higher ground, or built better to begin with. France didn't want us to go to war, because evidence indicates they were trading with Iraq during a trade embargo.

In other words they helped put George W Bush, into power. Now George W started the war on Iraq and as everyone knows, the French were dead against going to war on that country. So, is it a coinsidence that the part of New Orleans to sustain the least damage was ..... THE FRENCH QUATER,.........
