Well here in Georgia its illegal for people under 18 to even posess tobacco. Now its hardly if ever enforced, usually only when adults point out to a cop a minor smoking. The few times ive seen it enforced in a mall the Kid usually got extremely pissed off. Wouldnt be surprised if the same thing happened with that kid.

yea georgia has some bullshit laws and malls. malls smell like ass, it's atroscious. Buy smoking weed is fun so it is a trade off.
