i think renquist was killed in order to get john roberts on the panel.
you watch, he's going to get his vote in at all kinds of freedom-destroying mandates.
i know my renquist conspiracy is just a theory...but it's awful coincidental. i never heard about him being sick.

i want to see abortion put through the amendment process, and if it even were to pass it should then have strict regulations enforced upon it.
a more conservative court would also stand a better chance of getting a look at the eminent domain issue and reverse that.

you mean a more conservative court can waste taxpayer money on minor issues such as abortion.
i dont care how moral or not you think aboirtion is, it takes a backseat to the plunging economy and "terrorism" dont you think? or how about some hurricane relief?
but no, that stuffs not important. its a good thing we have religious zealots patrolling the senate and congress ready to make short work of gay marriages, abortion and stem cell research.
