11:01,, 1 hour after ingestion, i have had slight visual patterns, a feeling of a extremely mild weed buzz is nowy coming over my body, ive had a head ache and stmach ache but a glass of water killed the side effects, i await the experience

friend of mine that tried it, said its basically a weak stone for ~24hrs with a horrible taste in his mouth. we attended culinary school together, and the smell of nutmeg almost made him vomit many times. Just out of curiousity how did you ingest it? The old wrap it in paper and swallow it quickly? Also, for it to be effective, use REAL nutmeg, the whole thing, and grind it yourself. Most spices sold as powders have lost the active ingredients.
