    Shit...seasonal problems arise:(

Wtf, I should have stuck to indoor growing.

Ok, question fellas. Tricky Bitch is FULL of buds, I mean litterally flowers everywhere. BUT, the temp here is dropping drastically every day/night. the temp is around mid 60's in day, and mid 40's at night. I think Ive got another 4 maybe 5 weeks until first frost.(thats being optimistic) Will a frost kill her and ruin her buds? can she stick it out, or should I pull before the first frost?

Secondly, do you think she will be even CLOSE to mature in 4-5 weeks? I will have pics monday, (Labor day cookout tomarrow, and cant get a shot off till then) but most of you know how far along she is. Can you give a guess? Harddon, Zandor, and everyone else who has followed my grow...INSITE PLEASE!!!!-emtpockets

well to be truthfully honest...yest the frost WILL ruin her...basically all you need is some panes of glass wich are big enough to surround her completely and rig it up so that no frost can get to her...kinda like a glass box! it should..in theory at like a greenhouse and hopefully keep temp up...but with saying that you must keep humidity down..i repeat MUST otherwise you will have mould growing on your buds!!! hope this helps you out!
So...I here you toss their salad eh? So i hear...Or you just get nitty gritty and shake hands with the archbishop of Dickenbury?

Man i would say a single sheet of glass over the top of the plant would be enough to keep the frost out...
I have done a lot of growing out side and when we had a frost and even a severe frost ,we never ever got frost under the shade cloth.Which was only over top no sides or anything.
So even if you can rig a bit of shade cloth over your plant ,this will stop the frost and give you the extra time you need...

Damn no wonder she's yellowing like a crayola.

    Any frost will kill her.

Sorry but i cant see hauling glass and shit to cover her.

you have to remember one thing here...

whether you planted early, or late, matters not. She began her flower when the sun told her to, whether she was late or early sprouting.

SO her cycle is what it should be.

but 40's doesnt make frost and is a bit cold, but shes hardy and has grown...this far...

just leave it be and if frost is forecast, throw a colored bed sheet over her and move on.

As I said in an earlier thread...its now a race against time.

she'll be ok.....nuther few weeks is all she needs...like what 6?

If i remember correctly she started flowering around August 20...YES?

People are generally lazy and hold onto currently held false beliefs. This condition is not acceptable to the ethical atheist. It is not good enough to sit comfortably with your knowledge of the Universe and look in pity at those who are still governed by lies, mythology and sensationalism. Scientific education is the only way to prevail. Only by increasing the comprehension of scientific truths can we hope to continue our progress past the Dark Ages.

If it frosts, I will cut my losses.....no covering, no obsqure green houses in the feild, just fuck it and thats that. She will be very close to mature by then, and is thickening up daily, so Im good by far. Thaks all for the suggestions for keeping her alive through a frost('tis what I asked for in the first place) I will remember for future reference. But from now on I think I will stick to indoor growing and The Great Outdoors will be stricktly experemental. This grow has been very fun and informative.....not to mention the sweet yeild I will get!! I have also met some good friends on my new journey, so next grow WE speak of will be in the damn closet!!!!-happy growing!!-emtpockets
