But the national guard confiscating everyone's gun? Descrating the 2nd amendment?

If a person branished a gun let alone fire at them, confiscate, that constitutes a threat.

The national guard should be firing at looters, rapists, and criminals that constitute a violent threat. That is Lousiana. Those bandits should know well enough not to fuck with people because every father, mother and child there has a gun in LA before Katrina, why should that culture change?

As for this blame, everyone involved was to blame:
* The police, bus drivers and other essential employees that abandoned their duties.
*Naglin and his subordinates for failing to adequately place and practice a contigency plan. Failure to place aside adequate resources, and failure to designate enough essential employees.
*The state of Lousiana who wrestled control with FEMA for the evacuation, rescue, and recovery efforts
*Federal Government. Who given a leadership to an inexperienced guy soly on the base of politics, who exagurated his experience on his resume. Failure to coordinate efforts to get help on time.

When some Canadians beat them there, that tells you how this is all a simultenous collapse of government and to some extent humanity. How everyday, the goal of man is to replace other men with machines, for sole profit. How increasing, people are being looked at as commodities rather than as humans and how even we look at us and ourselves.

We live to suffer, but I think everyone needs to show some compassion, and to stop blaming others for things we can't control, and rather genuinely work to make sure it doesn't happen again.

Of course, we are only human.
