Religion(kinda wat happens when you die?) question
Yeah, hilarious guy that Jesus. Like in Mark 7:9 when he was reprimanding people for not killing their disobedient children like the Old Testament law that I quoted earlier requires Christians to do:

So think, next time your kids curse you, What Would Jesus Do? He'd slit their throats, that's what! And he said unto them, Full well ye reject the commandment of God, that ye may keep your own tradition.
For Moses said, Honour thy father and thy mother; and, Whoso curseth father or mother, let him die the death.

I'd put more stock in The New Testament. It speaks of what's to come. So I've heard...

That quote was from the New Testament. Jesus, as depicted in the New Testament, is portrayed as believing wholeheartedly in the Old Testament. Why modern Christians reject much of the Old Testament and embrace the New is a mystery to me. Clearly it has something to do with the really wacky stories you find in the Old Testament that couldn't possibly be true, but the New Testament isn't much more reliable. It speaks of things to come all right, but the New Testament makes it clear that all Jesus' predictions were supposed to happen within the lifetimes of the people Jesus was talking to, which obviously was not the case. So while it speaks of things to come, there is a definite time limit for the predictions set out by Jesus himself, which has passed without the predictions coming true. Therefore, the Second Coming is clearly as fictional as Noah's Flood.

Religion(kinda wat happens when you die?) question
What I said about the Old & New Testaments was exactly what this one girl from a Christian band said to me. She is not Roman Catholic like me. I don't know what the hell she is, but she kept saying catholics are bad because they don't follow the bible. I kept e-mailing her back, arguing over Jimi Hendrix, weed, the Bible (because we all know neither God, nor Jesus wrote it), so finally she told me not to e-mail her anymore because she was sick of arguing. I figured she was right, though, because she's read the Bible, through and through, and I just go to the back section of any book.

You might want to try taking a look through it yourself. There's some pretty sick and twisted stuff in there, trust me.
http://www.skepticsannotatedbible.com
By the way, if the Bible was written by neither God nor Jesus, then who DID write it? Anybody we know we can trust? And if much of it is clearly fiction, how do you propose we pick out the bullshit from the truth? I can't find a single Christian who's been able to explain to me why I should believe the part about Jesus' divinity when other parts of the book are nothing more than ridiculous tall tales (we've got talking animals, a worldwide flood, a virgin birth, witches, demons, ghosts, and an all-loving God who doesn't give two shits about all the slavery going on). Even Jesus' own prophecies never came true in the timeframe he said they would. I don't believe in Jesus for the same reason that I don't believe in Nostradamus - they both claimed to have knowledge of the future which does not match up with what actually happened. Nothing can possibly convince me that the Bible's outlandish claims are grounded in reality without a LOT of GOOD evidence to back it up. Until you can demonstrate how the Second Coming actually did happen but nobody noticed, or you can demonstrate that the Bible doesn't say what it says, you have to admit that the prophecy of the Second Coming is not reliable.

The prophecy may have came true but derailed by the devil.
It was started by Moses. Are you calling him a liar?
I want to believe in Nostradamus so bad.

The prophecy came true? The prophecy of the END OF THE WORLD came true? How could that possibly be, if we still exist? If Jesus said something was going to happen, and it didn't, he is a false prophet. Period. It doesn't matter if "Satan" (which you also have no proof for) screwed things up; Jesus/God/whatever should have easily forseen that what with knowing everything.
Also, I doubt Moses ever existed. We just don't have any archaeological or historical evidence at all of somebody named Moses, or of Jews being enslaved in Egypt and then wandering around in the desert for 40 years (you'd think they'd have dropped a couple artifacts for us to find somewhere).
"Behold, I come quickly" â??Jesus, almost two thousand frickin years ago, in Revelations 22:7

No, the people in many english churches, on english TV with American channels. Don;t try to convince me christians are different, because they're not. They're all idiots, just the severity of it differs sometimes.

If you know everything you need to know based on your experiences with christians than why do you bother arguing with them? Why do you bother getting angry over them? If you know everything there is to know about those with faith you would know that carrying on about how moronic, idiotic, and scummy they are will affect them and their beliefs to no degree, in fact your carrying on with insults will only cause them to defend their beliefs further. Is that the result you're hoping to gain? For them to form a tighter grip on their beliefs you find to be so moronic?

When you allow room for understanding, compassion, acceptance and tolerance of other people, they will then be more willing to listen to your beliefs with an open-mind...only with that kind of attitude and respect of other people will you be able to shift people's beliefs.
