11 years ago, I went into the TV lounge at college, late one night, and watched "Altered State" about a guy who went to an Indian Reservation and tried some "medicine" late one night, sitting in a teepee, and he brought some back to his lab, started doing tests on it, eventually his body digressed and he broke into a zoo and ate a deer (if I remember correctly).

I have to revise my vote, having seen Dazed and Confused in the past few hours. THAT is the best stoner movie of all time.
