soak in water overnite then leave somewheremoist and warm and check every 12 hours until the seeds crack and a white thing come out (taproot) then plant with white thing pointing down in soil (bout 1/2-1/4" deep in soil) and leave for a day-week and u will soon have a young cannabis plant!
