for some reason I've noticed people tend to forget seasoning when grilling/bbq'ing. Onion/Garlic powder are excellent, I'm partial to cajun seasoning myself. Plenty of salt and pepper, and just enough heat if its a good blend. Chipotle powder makes an excellent addition if you want a smoky heat for an indoor cook!
