 Yup..that's a good idea,I'd also season the chicken with some onion and garlic powder,as well as some Zateran's all-purpose cajun seasoning..seems everyone likes chicken with some heat to it.

 What I meant was,foil shaped into a square or rectangle,with sides about 3/4 inch or so,to hold the juices and keep the grill from flaring..and to simmer the meat in it's own juices..that my definition..if that ain't what yer looking for..then why the 'hmmm' ?

 bbq budfor some reason I've noticed people tend to forget seasoning when grilling/bbq'ing. Onion/Garlic powder are excellent, I'm partial to cajun seasoning myself. Plenty of salt and pepper, and just enough heat if its a good blend. Chipotle powder makes an excellent addition if you want a smoky heat for an indoor cook!
