A circumcised penis is not better or worse than a circumcised one There are plenty of uncut guys in this world and it's not like they're any different from their cut counterparts, sans the foreskin. I just don't understand why it's something he'd be embarrassed about. I'm guessing he had his testicle removed because of cancer and that is certainly not something to be ashamed of. He should be happy that he's alive. Look at Lance Armstrong, he only has one nut but he's arguably the greatest athlete alive, plus he's married to Sheryl Crowe, a good looking lady I might add.

If any girl used your friend's "differences" below the belt as justification for not having sex with him than she is certainly not the type of girl I would want to associate myself with. What you're buddy needs now is confidence, and as his friend you should take it as your mission to help him with that.
