Home Testing Results Vs. Lab Test Results

I used to smoke pot frequently, but took over two months off of it, until about 2 weeks ago, when I smoked a little each night for 3 nights in a row (probably an equivalent of one bowl).
Anyway, I just took one of those home tests on MJ and I passed, meaning it said I was negative....how accurate are those vs. the lab, as I have a test to take on Tuesday or Wednesday of this coming week. Should I still try to get something to cover it up? advice anyone?

All I know is that we used a home test and it was positive and it was also positive at the lab..So, hopefully you will be okay...the stuff you drink does not work!
