In absolute darkness, there is a part of me that knows that there are things out there that would see me killed in a manner most foul. Dark portals open up in alleyways, some dust on the breeze is the physical evidence of the nonphysical being, there is always something behind me too fast to ever hope of catching, and they're all named Carl. I guess that would count, but I never run. Running is for pussies and geeks.

The fear is any drug induced paranoia, short term, not long.

Paranoia can be a good thing, keeps you from getting into "too much" trouble ;-). Really the only time it affects me is when I'm driving home from my dealer a little buzzed from a sample, and I've got a sack in the car with me. Stop at a light, and the po-po rolles up beside you....thats "The Fear!".

round here we call it the fear, and i had it bad last night, as did my friend, lol it was bad.
