2 lil gadget questions.......

Hi, yesterday i went out and purchased just a soil moisture meter and a humidity dial, the questions is,

1. whats the ideal humidy meant 2 be?

2. my mooisture meter reads from, DRY1. 2. 3. 4WET , what should it be forgood cannabis plant soil?

humidity for flowering,i have it at 40% and for veg its at 50-55%


the soil tester,when i read my soil with the same thing you have i look for it tt read about 4 after i water...
And give it water when it shows it on 1

my humidity says 40%, how can i raise it as im in the VEG stage?
my temperatures at about 30 degrees C, 80-90 degrees F
