What to do with 700$

Well as all u know i have 700 dollars and im wondering whats the best way to spend that money into a grow room. The space i have is a closet. I would like to know what type of equipment ((lights, fans etc..)) and setups ((sog, hydro, etc..)) i should use inorder to make as much bud possible using that closet.
