Working out
I used to smoke a lot, but took 2 months off to clean it out, about two weeks ago I smoked probably 3 nights with friends, I've put on some weight, about 10 lbs over the last month, but I'm going to be tested next week. Should I work out really hard to get my metabolism going to sweat it out and drink a ton of water, or not work out at all.....should I be ok?

You should be fine, as long as you drink alot of water before the test, so the piss is light colored at the time of the test. Drinking water or working out in the meantime won't help much, but it won't hurt anything either.
