I used to smoke a lot, but took 2 months off to clean it out, about two weeks ago I smoked probably 3 nights with friends, I've put on some weight, about 10 lbs over the last month, but I'm going to be tested next week. Should I work out really hard to get my metabolism going to sweat it out and drink a ton of water, or not work out at all.....should I be ok?
