F1 bred to F1, will seeds be good?

If I breed pollinate a F1 female from a F1 male, will I get good seeds (These would be F2's right? Something about breeding back to the original parent, true breed. Kinda confused about this? I am assuming the CLONES would be great! What I need is a quick lesson on F1's Rating: 5
