try browing around this forum, scarlett. I have not found 1 thread where someone gave a "feedback or suggestion" and the admins responded positively.

I know you guys running the site don't want to turn this site in to a popularity contest, posting contest or whatever, but user titles and stuff, from what I can tell, come as standard with most forums now. I know they might encourage people to post more than necassary (shit, I do that already) but they might act as an insentive for people to stay here and become and active members, as opposed to just posting and then never coming back.
